Store Policy



Standard shipping for orders in the United States take 3-4 days. Most orders are received 5-10 days after payment is received. Internationale orders vary due to location and custom processing.

During high volume times, orders may take an additional 3-4 days to process before shipping for in stock items. 


We ship using USPS First Class, Priority and Priority Express for all Domestic orders. International orders ship via USPS International and International Priority Mail. 


We do offer tracking information on all domestic shipping sent directly to your email provided once shipped. 



Exchanges are limited to defective items only. Defective items are those which were printed with defects and shipped. If you have received a defective item, please email us at to initiate the exchange process. 

We do not offer refunds on processed and shipped items at this time.

Modifications and cancellations on any order which payment has been processed and completed will be granted on a case by case basis. To initiate the review process, please email us at


Quotes and Deposits:
Price quotes are free and valid for no more than 48 hours from the time of receipt. A $50 design fee applies to ALL custom orders which must be paid prior to design work can begin. 
The $50 design fee is non-refundable. If order is placed, the $50 design fee will be credited to towards total costs due. It is non-transferable and therefore can not be applied to a different or future order. 
For customization of official PU Gear (products we designed for general sales and available on the website) the design fee will not apply, however, customization fees will be provided for payment.
In order to customize PUgear, simply add the details in the “Additional Instructions” section on the checkout page. Additional cost due will be provided and must be paid within 24 hours otherwise your order will be fulfilled without the customization and shipped as normal. 
Custom Printing:
All custom orders are quoted on a case by case basis. Quotes must be submitted through our official Custom Quote Request Form. We do not accept custom orders via email, text, phone or in person. 
For orders of 6 or more, a deposit of no less than 50% of the total quoted price (including tax/excluding shipping) must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your quote to lock in the price. The remaining balance is due no more than 72 hours after deposit is made. No custom order will be processed until full payment is made.
All custom orders require at least 10 days for shipping. If order is accepted for shipping within 10 days a rush fee of $55 will be applied to your order and must be received before your order is shipped. This fee does not cover additional additional rush order expenses such as shipping of supplies from vendors.
Paraphernalia University, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for custom orders produced by request. We assume that all customers have and maintain all usage rights of legally owned trademarks and other symbols. 
Custom policy applies to Additional Services as well. 


All payments are made through secure 3-rd party payment providers. 

We do not currently accept PayPal payments. 

We occasionally collect data for in-house analytics but will never sell or disburse your information without your permission.
